What
is Profiles?
Profiles is a our newest feature. Here we will feature in depth
information about key up-and-coming companies that you may not
hear about elsewhere. While some of these will be listed on
NYSE, NASDAQ or the AMEX... others will be OTC BB stocks.
Profiles is A Special Sponsored Section. That means these companies
consider it important enough to get their word out that they
have sponsored this section!
Profiles sets a very high standard for inclusion. A company
must meet this standard, and prove to us that their concept
is sound. Here are those standards:
Standards
for Profiles
Investor Stock Alert must believe the company is here to stay
and is a good investment for the intermediate and long
term. We do not allow short term profiles.
Investor Stock Alert must see that the company is under no
unusual investigation or other regulatory matter that
could undermine share price.
Investor Stock Alert believes that there is significant upside,
as allowing a profile on a company that has a limited
upside is totally unacceptable.
Investor Stock Alert believes that this is suitable to our
membership.Any company that does not meet these standards
will not be include in Profiles.
Our Policy for Recommendations on Sponsored Profiles:
Profiles is a sponsored section. That means that in exchange
for compensation, we have agreed to present it in this forum.
We do not make trade recommendations on Investor Stock Alert on
stocks presented in our Profiles section. Once a company has
entered into a compensation arrangement, they are precluded
from being a trade recommendation for a period of one year following
the disposition of interest in the company.
This is so everyone can be assured that an Urgent Trade Recommendation
on Investor Stock Alert is totally unbiased and unaffected by any
compensation arrangement.
Why do we present Profiles?
There are many great companies out there that are on the edge
of making it to that next level. They are often overlooked by
Wall Street. Our goal here is to provide them with a forum that

and others who may come here specifically for information on
their company.
